Class Mascot - Anolis carolinensis

          I think our class mascot should be Anolis carolinensis, or the Green Anole. I think this would be the perfect class mascot as it is the only lizard of it's kind (Anole) found in South Carolina. Therefore, it is unique, like our class! It is also very cute and commonly found around town, on buildings and fences, and is an organism most in South Carolina are very familiar with! I think it would make a perfect mascot, even though it is not ferocious or intimidating, neither is our class!
